Want to get healthy but don’t know where to begin? Confused about the growing number of food choices and diet plans? You’ve come to the right place! Fortunately, God has given us what we need to live abundant lives full of health and vitality. The benefits of which are many. One of those benefits is being able to walk out our callings and not be limited by chronic illness and disease. In this class, you will learn about proper nutrition consisting of nutrient-dense food, the meaning of adequate hydration, the importance of daily movement, as well as the importance of living lives of peace. We’ll eat healthy food together while we encourage each other on our health journeys. No matter where you are on your journey, you are welcome here!
